This is a fine specimen of deep brow/red sphalerite crystals perched on a bed of lustrous pearly white rhombic crystals of dolomite in perfect condition. It is from the famous Elmwood Zinc Mine in Smith County, Tennessee, collected in the early 1990's, before it shut down. Size: 6 x 4 inches. A superb display specimen.
