Size: 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.4 inches. Gemmy blue transparent tabular apatite crystals on albite feldspar from Minas Gerais, Brazil. The old label I have was written on a napkin and is very difficult to read, but it appears to say "lavra coucomda" as the specific locality, however I cannot find any reference to it anywhere. If anyone recognizes this place or recognizes where this piece may be from, please let me know, thanks. A very pretty specimen in great condition.
