Size: 5.5 x 4.5 x 3 inches. A fine deep smoky amethyst with gemmy interiors and large crystals from the Reel Mine near Iron Station in Lincoln County, NC. A very clean piece with bright luster. One contact face on one small crystal on the back side of the specimen, cannot be seen when displayed, otherwise perfect. An old piece from the early 1970's.
