Size: 9 x 5 x 5 inches. This is one of the more extraordinary calcite specimens that were taken from a vertical tube cavity in the 29 Mine in Reynolds County, Missouri some 25 years ago. Only a select few were recovered in perfect condition like this specimen. The crystals sit on a bed of sparkly brown irridescent chalcopyrite crystals, creating the perfect visual contrast.
